Went there for a problem with features associated with radar sensor. They diagnosed it as a bad sensor and estimated $1,800 for a replacement. I went home, tightened the clips holding the sensor and it worked flawlessly. Watch out, they are sharks. I paid $125 and lost 2 hours for nothing!

I appreciate being paired with the same Service tech rather than someone different each time, and having access to his direct phone number/email. Service is great (tho they did overlook resetting the dashboard notification re low tire pressure, and I had to figure it out myself). Waiting area is excellent. 5 stars. However, the only reason this is 3 stars, however, is the horrible virtual assistant, Ruby. Totally inconsistent with the personal service, quality of mechanics, gift of flowers, etc.
Bob, the service writer helped me out and was very instrumental and getting my vehicle done in a timely manner and actually helped me get a little bit of a lower price through military discount.

The start was a bit chaotic when I got there - they appeared to be understaffed. But once my car was taken to get serviced everything was really good. The people were professional and kind. The oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner.

I've been taking my Odyssey to IGH Honda for a few years, for normal oil changes and things. Good experiences every time. My service advisor was friendly. I had an 8:00am appointment. I was quoted $261 for an A/C recharge. I had to call at 11:50am to get an update from the advisor. He informed me that the technician diagnosed the issue and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. The new quote was $2,270.48. I declined the repair. Went there for an oil leak, no appt, but they got me in NOW! It was done, resolved in 45 minutes. No charge as it was due to the oil filter ring. Just thankful for a place that can get me in and out without having an appointment, especially being an oil leak is something you shouldnt and I didnt drive with. TY, IG Honda.

We dropped the car off for the first service visit. We also needed to replace the glass in the driver's side rear view mirror. Strangely this type of glass replacement isn't covered by comp/collision our insurance but the price was reasonable with real Honda parts. The care was ready to be picked up the next day. Jason was knowledgeable and helpful, and the customer service people kind and fun.

Went in to have an oil change and speaking with Jack said I was due for a transmission fluid change as well. I agreed and they also checked my front brakes as previous oil change showed it was in the yellow zone. Jack said later the brakes were still ok, so will check next oil change. I appreciate that I can trust not being upsold when not needed. Keeps me coming back even though I have other options. Also received a car wash at no charge.

I typically try to stay out of dealerships but needed the fuel pump impeller recall done. Start to finish, the service department was great. No extra fees or charges tacked on and they even washed the car which is more than I can say for other dealerships I’ve been to. Will be back if more specialty work is needed in the future!

Had an appointment to bring my car in yesterday to change 3 different fluids. Normally this would take 1-1.5 hours max. I was waiting in waiting room. My amazing service representative McCoy Jessen came out after 1.5 hours to explain that they were really behind schedule and that it would be another 30-40 minutes. He apologized for the long wait and inconvenience and gave me a nice discount off of my services. Not only was he sincere and empathetic in his communication, he made my whole day better. I disliked the experience, it felt rushed pressured, not personal, and I even feel gaslit. I bought a car and it drove fine on test drive on the freeway. Smooth roads.
