Great service, very friendly staff. Express lanes always moving. Comfy waiting lounge with WiFi, coffee, snacks & reading material. East to get to & good prices, been a loyal customer for over 2 years and see no reason to switch.

I had a hinky experience involving my 2017 CR-V and 18" of snow in my driveway. After barreling through the snow three or four times, I headed on an errand -- and the brakes made a hellacious sound when I applied them. NOT the ABS system - I know what that feels like, plus I wasn't moving 5mph. Ugh! IGH Service worked me into their next day schedule, drove it with me (oh, the brakes had stopped making the wicked groaning but I wanted assurance that nothing was amiss) and assured me everything was fine -- and to soothe my aging soul they put it on the rack and checked it all out. Everything is fine. No charge. No wonder we've bought our last 5 Hondas at Inver Grove Honda. Thanks to Tim, the Service Advisor who helped me yesterday -- he was patient and kind in the face of my agitation.
