Parts Counter Associate
Inver Grove Honda | Inver Grove Heights, MN
Pay: $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
Are you organized, customer focused, and passionate about the automotive industry? Inver Grove Honda is looking for a Parts Counter Associate to join our growing team. Whether you're helping our service technicians find the right part or assisting customers at the counter, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

What You'll Do:
- Assist service technicians with locating and supplying the correct OEM Honda parts
- Help retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases and inquiries
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranties
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure timely repairs and deliveries
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and operating efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but not required
- Honda or dealership experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and parts catalog systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
