Sales Consultant
Inver Grove Honda is a consistent sales leader in the twin cities automotive retail market and we are looking to add to our growing sales staff. We have a tremendous customer base with an excellent reputation of outstanding customer service.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Duties Include:
Greeting customers and helping them find the perfect new or quality pre-owned vehicle that will fit their needs in a hassle free, no pressure environment. Answer phone calls and internet inquires on vehicles and develop strong, long lasting relationships with our customers.
Required Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer operating knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Automotive knowledge
- Strong work ethic
Compensation will be based on experience and is commissioned based. The right individual could have tremendous earning potential. Lot Staff/Porter(s)

This is an entry level position which will keep you very busy in our fast paced environment. Applicants need to be detail orientated and be able to follow directions within a team atmosphere and work with a continuous sense of urgency.
If you enjoy working with people, moving and driving vehicles, we want to visit with you!
Perfect position for HS or college age person-we are flexible and can work around school schedules.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Parking vehicles on and around our lots
- Inspecting new and used vehicles off transports
- Assisting sales staff with deliveries
- Help maintain building and company grounds as needed
- Shuttle vehicles back and forth from other lots and vendors
Applicants need:
- Valid drivers license
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Have a clean driving record
- Be available to work Saturdays
Compensation
- $16-17/hr
- We can give you up to 40 hrs a week!
