Job Requirements:

• Honda/Acura experience preferred but not necessary
• Must have automotive schooling and/or dealership experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background test/drug screening
• Must be able to remain up to date on required manufacturer training
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, lower, push, leverage, and manipulate equipment and/or items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be reliable
• Must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be available to work Saturdays

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned by the shop dispatchers. All work performed must be in accordance with dealer and manufacturers specification and standards.

Service & Parts Cashier

Inver Grove Honda's service and parts department has grown, and we need another energetic team member with strong people skills to take care of our service and parts customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, including understanding and processing checks for payment
• Train and learn on the Clover electronic pay system along with gift card acceptance
• Maintain consistent attention to detail to ensure invoices are processed accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Process returns and credits through the computer system
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Scan documents into our dealership management system
• Assist customers at any time with parts inquiries and transactions
• Maintain the customer lounge area — clean and restock as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales is preferred
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Consistent schedule: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
