Kevin Anderson and your service team handled the repair and warranty work in the most professional and timely manner.  Over the years I've had service work performed at many other Twin Cities dealerships including Nissan, Audi, Dodge and Honda. This was my first visit to Inver Grove Honda as I purchased the vehicle from a Honda dealer closer to home.  Distance won't be a factor when arranging future service appointments or new car purchases.

I wanted thank John Medeck and the service staff at Inver Grove Honda for the recent repairs to my 2002 Mitsubishi. I was not satisfied with the original break job because the after market pads made a very noticeable noise. John contacted me to see what was going on and then fixed the problem by redoing the breaks with no charge. On October 23rd, we purchased a 2005 Toyota Highlander which I found online, from Inver Grove Honda. Evelyn Wood was my salesperson. She couldn't have treated me any better if I had come into buy the most expensive Honda, which impressed me. I never felt pressured and she was always available and willing to answer my questions and requests. She was very knowledgeable about this particular vehicle, even though it was not a Honda.   My wife and I just leased a 2010 Odyssey EX-Res from Julye Davidson on Tuesday 03/23 and our experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. She responded within 10 minutes of our initial e-mail inquiry on 03/22 and qualified my needs and concerns about my trade and monthly payments, setting realistic expectations, and made an appointment to come-in the next day.   I had my 2 boys with me and they had a ball playing in the children's area and watching the fish while my wife and I talked with Julye.  They loved the complimentary granola bars !  

 As you know, buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience and she made it smooth as silk, without any old fashioned high-pressure sales techniques, and patiently worked with us to get us in to our new, beautiful, Odyssey.  I will recommend Julye and Inver Grove Honda to my friends and look forward to many years of friendship to come !

Last night we stopped at the Inver Grove Honda dealer to look at colors and get a price and we ended up driving away in a new Odessey. Jason was able to take the time to review the car features and answer any questions that we had. He approached and handled this situation with the utmost respect for us and our needs. He listened and was honest from the start. This is the fourth dealer that we have purchased from and I can honestly say that this was "by far" the best experience that we had. Not only would I recommend Jason and Inver Grove Honda Dealer. We will be going back for our next car.

Working with John Davis, our sales associate at this Honda dealership, was a great experience. He was knowledgable and friendly - not "pushy" in the least. We visited on a busy Saturday and had to wait for a bit for a sales person to be available. We were fortunate that John was the sales person who assisted us. John showed us every available car in the model that we were interested in. John explained the differences in the available cars and we were able to narrow down our choices quickly. After taking our preferred model for a test drive John took the time to go over our price and financing options. Once our decision was made John reviewed the vehicle information, service schedule, and warranty. The only down side of the experience was the long one and a half hour wait to see the financing specialist. To compensate for the long wait we were offered a discount on an extended warranty and an offer from the general manager to not charge us for the first scheduled service.

We have made a practice of doing our car shopping at dealerships where negotiating was not offered - the price on the sticker is what you paid. We did this to avoid the high pressure sales pitches and the drawn out back and forth that we had experienced in the past. While I was apprehensive about the negotiating component at this dealership we found John reasonable and fair, and he took the time to learn what we wanted in a car and the price we were comfortable paying. We had done our research before going into the process of looking for a car and knew what a fair price would be. I believe that we did get a fair price from this dealership.

In summary, our experience at this dealership was overall a positive one. In spite of our spending nearly five hours at the dealership forging a deal, we were very impressed with John. I sincerely hope that this dealership recognized the value of an employee like John, who gives sales associates, in particular car sales associates a good image. Thank you.

Great Experience,

I surprised my wife with this car for her birthday. Jason P. was thoughtful and experienced. He made the transaction seamless, and I was able to surprise my wife with a car she absolutely loves. The transaction, was quick, I recieved a fair value for my trade and a fair price on a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and all of its employees.

John was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to Inver Grove Honda. I was in a situation with a leased Volkswagon and I am confident John helped me make the right decision. The service staff all seemed very welcoming and friendly as well.

All staff (including the salesperson Jason) was very friendly and courteous. I was able to get the exact model and color Honda Fit from this dealership. Other dealerships had a very limited selection of Honda Fits. I was very impressed with the fact that I got the final license plates the same day as the delivery. A few days later I was back at the dealership to install the 3M plastic on the bonnet and received a free loaner civic for the day.

To whom it may concern,

Our experience at Inver Grove Honda was excellent due to the wonderful customer service I have received from day one. With Inver Grove Honda being a newer dealership my first experience was using them for service on my '03 Accord since it was closest to my home. Right away I felt welcome and in good hands since everybody was consistently helpful and was looking out for best my interest as a Honda owner. With my experience being so great and knowing it was going to be time to own a newer, larger vehicle; I had to return soon.

I simply e-mailed the dealership when I spotted a few Honda Pilots that looked interesting, withing an hour Jamie Letcher was calling me to let me know he was there to answer any questions. Perfect, a sales rep that was NOT annoying! I shopped and spoke with my wife about different options to narrow down what we wanted and needed.
Jamie checked up on us to follow through when I notified him that I had been involved in an accident with my Accord. He offered for the Accord to be brought onto his lot and have an estimate done on the damage, the VERY NEXT morning I got a phone call telling me that it was a significant amount damage to my car and that my insurance company may total it out.

Jamie offered for me to arrange Progressive to come to his dealership and analyze what the true damages were. As my insurance company worked on my estimate Jamie found a beautiful Pilot that just came in and it was exactly what we were looking for, Jamie suggested I put a hold on it and I did.

With all of this "hassle" there was really no hassle since Jamie took care of it all, with-in 3 days of my accident I was in a beautiful Honda Pilot and on my way with the ability to fit all three kids in a safe vehicle and a claim settled with ease.

Thanks to Jamie Letcher and Inver Grove Honda I am extremely happy and will never buy a vehicle from any where else, or anybody else. I can not express my gratitude enough; I am one with a short fuse and it was nothing but smooth sailing through this process.

Jason helped us greatly in our search for a new vehicle. He came in on one of his days off so we could test drive with him even though he knew we weren't ready to buy that day. When we were ready to buy he was all ready for us and had our new van detailed and ready to go when we drove up. He and the rest of the staff at Inver Grove Honda were extremely friendly and not pressuring at all. They truly wanted to make sure we stayed within our budget and were happy with what we bought. We will buy our next car from him and highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Jamie went above and beyond good customer service...he was fantastic. The car was in the delivery bay when I arrived to pick it up. He had previously walked me through the features and went over the basics again. He explained the differences between buying vs. leasing. This was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Jamie to others!

I have so many wonderful things to say about the Inver Grove Honda dealership staff (especially Jamie Letcher), products, and facilities that I feel the need to share my story with "the world". This is simply a summary of my personal experiences with Inver Grove Honda and Jamie Letcher (sales man).
My husband and I went to Inver Grove Honda on New Year's day 2010, the day we bought my previously owned, classy black with silver trim and black leather interior, Honda Accord Sedan (2008 EX-L V-6). A good friend of mine had recommended the dealership and Honda products to us as a result of her fabulous experience there last fall when she made use of the cash for clunkers program and bought herself a beautiful brand new Honda civic. My friend recommended a particular sales woman there, but that sales woman wasn't available the day we stopped in to buy my car. My husband had done some research on line about Hondas and the Inver Grove Honda dealership. Based on the online ratings, Jamie was a wonderful person to work with and the Honda Accord EX-L was probably going to be the "best fit" for me.
When we stepped into the classy, open, light, airy and clean showroom floor Jamie was right there to greet us with a smile. He was "happy to help" us "explore our options" and provide us with the information and hands on experience with their products so we could make an informed decision. We NEVER felt pressured by Jamie and we couldn't help but love him for that. We drove my "new" car home that very day and I was in heaven. The only cars that I have found to be "in the same class" as my accord, (especially on my long drives to and from work) have been a Lexus, BMW or a Mercedes (all "foreign" products by the way). Jamie helped put our minds at ease when he explained how "Mr. Honda" is from Japan, but the Honda products are all manufactured and built in the U.S.A. By the way, our other vehicle is a 2001 Dodge Durango which we love. We may very well replace it with another Chrysler product when we are ready to let it go, but we will most certainly at least consider another Honda from the Inver Grove dealership when the time comes.
I had such a great experience with Jamie that when my dad told me that he wanted to buy a Honda Crosstour for his next vehicle (3 days after my mother died) I couldn't stop myself from calling Jamie, telling him my "life story", and then asking him to make a "cold call" to my bereaving father. Of course Jamie said yes, but I'm sure he was at least a bit uncomfortable with my very personal request and that he had to practice exactly how to explain why this car sales man was cold calling my father 3 days after his (my dad's) wife of 38 years had just died (suddenly & unexpectedly of a brain aneurism at the young age of 57). A half hour after I got off the phone with Jamie he called my dad. My dad was having a "bad day" that day so he shoved the phone off to my aunt (mom's sister) to end the call.
The next day I realized how inappropriate my call request was, for my dad and for Jamie. I felt some guilt and shame, but I didn?t regret it one bit even when recognizing how awkward and painful it probably was for my dad and Jamie. When my father feels ready to "trade in" mom's car and his old "clown car" for one classy vehicle, with the luxuries Honda has to offer (leather heated seats, XM stereo, GPS navigation systems, extended warrantees, etc.), I want him to, at the very least, "visit" with Jamie and let him assist my dad in "exploring his options" and providing him with the information and hands on experience with their Honda products so he will be able to make an informed decision.

Wonderful experience; very friendly, not pushy, and a great deal. Highly recommended!!! John McCorkel, IGH Honda salesmen, was great to work with and was the reason I chose IGH Honda rather than a similar deal at another dealership.
