Maintenance Minder System

The Maintenance Minder System shows engine oil life on the engine information display to let you know when it is time to have the engine oil and filter replaced and regular maintenance completed.  The system shows oil life as a percentage which drops over time based on driving conditions.


100% = New Oil
15%   = Service Due Soon
5%     = Service Due Now
0%     = Service Past Due (Mileage past due is also shown)

When the Oil Life reaches 15% it will display a 2-part maintenance code, showing what additional service is required. 

The first part will be an A or B Service (never both).  The second part will be any combination of 1 - 6 Maintenance Minder Services depending on driving conditions and mileage.

If after 12 months of driving, your Oil Life never reaches 15%, the vehicle must be brought in for servicing and resetting of the Maintenance Minder System.

It is also recommended that you rotate your tires at least twice a year to maximize the life of your tires.

-Inspect Tires for wear, proper pressure and Monitoring System if equipped
-Inspect CV Boots, Rack/Ball Joint Boots, Tie Rod Ends and Steering Rack & Pinion
-Inspect Exhaust System for leaks / Inspect Heat Shields
-Inspect Fuel Line and Hoses
-Inspect Suspension Components
-Inspect Air Filter (filter extra if needed)
-Complimentary Car Wash (weather permitting)
-Vehicle Maintenance Inspection
